New Customer Account Manager

PORTLAND, Ore. — July 5, 2011 — eSoftware Professionals, a Microsoft Dynamics Consulting Company, is announcing Desiree Schiff has accepted the new role of Customer Account Manager effective August 1, 2011. With expertise as a Senior Project Manager and Implementer on our Microsoft Dynamics NAV team, Desiree’s experience makes her an ideal fit for the Customer Account Manager role.

In this position, Desiree will be the main contact for customers. She is tasked with the valuable responsibilities of understanding our customer’s goals, recognizing their pain points, and identifying new ways we can improve their ERP systems to better meet their business needs. Desiree will work with the sales and marketing team to inform customers of new products, services, promotions, trainings and incentives and identify additional service offerings suitable for our customers.
