Ceres 5.0 CfMD Solutions Test Passed

The next version of Ceres (version 5.0) has successfully passed the CfMD solutions testing phase. Passing the solutions test is the most involved and time consuming step in the CfMD (Certified for Microsoft Dynamics) process. Once the Customer Evidences are obtained the CfMD process for Ceres 5.0 will be completed.

Next Ceres version

Work on the next version of Ceres; Ceres 5.0, based upon Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 is in the planning stages. Development will commence as soon as Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 is officially released. The expected release date of Ceres 5.0 is July 1, 2018.

Starting with Ceres 4.0, Microsoft has required Ceres to be Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD).
The Certified for Microsoft Dynamics process ensures that solutions:
- Are developed by a certified and reputable Independent Software Vendor
- Are designed for a unique business and industry need
- Have been tested for seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics
- Is properly supported and protected
- Meets industry-specific requirements and local language, tax, and governmental regulations
eSoftware is in the final stages of submitting the next version of Ceres for CfMD testing.
